Product Overview

O-ring is a rubber sealing ring with a circular cross-section to seal various fluids such as air, water, and oil. Because its cross-section is o-shaped, it is called an o-shape rubber seal, also called an o-ring. It is the most widely used element in hydraulic and pneumatic transmission systems. It is mainly used for mechanical parts to prevent the leakage of liquid and gaseous media under static conditions. In some cases, o-rings can also be used as axial dynamic sealing of reciprocating and low-speed rotating motions.

O-Ring Sizes

An o-ring has three sizes: ID (inside diameter), OD (outside diameter), and CS / W (cross-section/width). Normally, specifying the ID and CS is enough. Namely, a standard o-ring size will be given, ID 20 x CS 2 mm. From the right picture, you can quickly know the

OD = ID + CS*2

Historically, different countries have formed their standard o-ring sizes, like AS568 for the USA, BS1516 for the UK, DIN 3771 for Germany, JIS B 2401 for Japan, ISO 3601 for International, and GB 3452.1 for China.

A: For small amounts, we accept 100% payment in advance via bank transfer, Paypal, or Western Union. For significant amounts, we prefer to T/T 50% in advance and the balance before shipment.

5. Q: Is the delivery time fast?
A: Yes, usually, it takes several days for ready-mold stocked products, but some items may need 20-30 days or longer time if we don't have them in stock. The production time of a big order is sometimes shorter than that of a small order.

6. Q: What's your shipping term?
A: Door-to-door courier and air cargo are recommended. A large quantity of goods shall be delivered by sea in the terms of FOB, CFR, CIF, etc.

7. Q: What is your guarantee time for your products?
A: The guarantee period depends on the actual working conditions and uses the frequency of your products. However, we promise that any defective parts can be replaced free of charge.
